Victor Harbo Johnston is currently a PhD student at the Department of History and Classical Studies, Aarhus University, Denmark. He is part of the ERC-project 'Changing Childhoods in the Early Era of the WWW (WEB CHILD)'.
Johnston works on the archived web as a historical source. His PhD project centres on making it easier for Historians to access and use the archived web as source material for contemporary historical studies. He works in the fields of cultural studies, media, web history, and digital humanities.
Johnston has formerly worked as a software developer at the Royal Danish Library. He holds an MA in History from Aarhus University.
