My research is focused on how digitalization and management accounting systems influence welfare areas such as social work and education. At present, I am particularly interested in which and how new practices emerge at the intersection of artificial intelligence and professional work. My vision is to explore, whether generative AI gives rise to or hinders the multiplicity of values in the management of public organizations.
