In this talk we will first get an introduction to the basics of the human auditory system with Sabina Storbjerg Houmøller, technical audiologist and Ph.D.
Sabina is an expert on presbycusis and hearing aids, and her talk will address key aspects of age-related hearing loss. Finally, she will enlighten us about various types of measurements that yield insights into a person's auditory system, helping us understand the complex answer to the question: What happens to our hearing when we age?
