Abstract:
Through a case study of independent fashion lifestyle retailers, the PhD aim at understanding retail design in the digital era, the retail designers’ process and the customers’ experience and combine the two dominant perspectives of retail design – design and business. The project presents four sections through the digitized retail designers’ process in order to pursue this aim.
