Professor Adrian Favell and Ph.D. student Janne Maria Solgaard Jensen present the FP7 project - The Europeanisation of Everyday Life: Cross-Border Practices and Transnational Identifications Among EU and Third-Country Citizens- a cross-country co-operation between Denmark, Italy, United Kingdom, Spain, Germany and Romania.
The presentation focus on the overall theoretical and conceptual framework of the project as well as the methodological considerations essential for the operationalisation of the concepts and problems investigated; how do you go from concepts about mobility, transnationalism and cosmopolitanism to empirical questions about Europeanisation among ordinary European citizens? We will focus particularly on the case of Denmark.
