This week marked “TEXT Week” - five days dedicated to research exchange, collaboration, and future planning across the TEXT community. After a two‑day conference in Aarhus, we continued with a three‑day retreat, starting at Aarhus University and ending in Rebild.

We started the new year with an inspiring half-day seminar that showcased the incredible strength, knowledge, and energy within our centre. The event featured a series of presentations highlighting cutting-edge projects at the intersection of language, AI, and human creativity.

TEXT participated in the Language Technology Conference at the University of Copenhagen, contributing to discussions on cultural representation in language models and the future of interdisciplinary research in language technology.
